Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WalletSign.com website and any related tools or services provided by WalletSign, LLC (“WalletSign,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using WalletSign, you agree to these Terms.

This placeholder document is for testing purposes only and will be replaced by a finalized attorney-prepared version.

1. Overview of Service

WalletSign provides a crypto balance verification tool that allows users to connect their supported crypto wallets, sign a read-only verification message, and generate a downloadable PDF report (“Report”). WalletSign does not hold, access, or transfer user funds.

WalletSign is not a financial institution, escrow service, brokerage, money transmitter, or KYC/AML provider. WalletSign verifies ownership of connected wallets and associated balances only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use WalletSign. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Non-Custodial, Read-Only Access

WalletSign connects to your wallet in a read-only capacity.

WalletSign:

• cannot move, access, or control your assets
• does not request or require transfer permissions
• uses signatures solely to verify wallet ownership and balances

All wallet addresses and related data are deleted after your Report is generated. Reports expire automatically after 30 days.

4. No Identity Verification

WalletSign does not verify your legal identity. Any personal information you choose to include (e.g., name or email) is self-provided and is not independently confirmed. Sellers or third parties remain responsible for conducting their own identity checks and compliance processes.

5. Payments and Pricing

Each WalletSign Report costs $50, payable by card or crypto. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Pricing may change at any time.

6. No Guarantees or Endorsements

A WalletSign Report confirms only that, at the time of signing, the connected wallet(s) held the stated balance. WalletSign does not guarantee:

• future balances
• the user’s intent or ability to complete a transaction
• the user’s identity
• the legitimacy of any buyer, seller, listing, or negotiation

All users and third parties must conduct independent due diligence.

7. Report Validity and Expiration

Each Report includes a unique verification ID and QR code. Reports and their associated verification links remain valid for 30 days from issuance, after which they automatically expire and associated data is deleted.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• misuse or alter WalletSign Reports
• attempt to tamper with QR codes or verification links
• use WalletSign for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• upload or provide any information you know to be false

WalletSign reserves the right to deny service to users engaging in prohibited behavior.

9. Privacy

WalletSign deletes wallet data immediately upon Report generation and deletes personal information within 30 days. WalletSign does not sell user data. Additional temporary logging may occur for security and anti-abuse purposes.

This placeholder Terms of Service does not serve as a full privacy policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, text, and website content belong to WalletSign, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify WalletSign materials without written permission.

11. No Warranties

WalletSign is provided “as-is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• accuracy or completeness of blockchain data
• uninterrupted service
• absence of errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities

Use of WalletSign is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletSign is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any Report.

WalletSign’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Report.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WalletSign harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, false information you provide, or your interactions with third parties.

14. Modifications

WalletSign may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
